Virginia has acted with bipartisan effort, to establish an anti-mandate law that states Virginians cannot be compelled to purchase health care insurance against their will! They have filed a lawsuit to defend it. The best part? This was passed by democrats in the Virginia senate! Democrat Virginia state Senator Phillip Puckett references the Mess in Massachusetts I've been blogging about. He also says: "Forcing someone to buy Healthcare is unAmerican." What is your state legislature doing? I predict we will see unprecedented cases of states versus the federal government in the Supreme Court.
